Why Bhaksh exists
Every day, restaurants, bakeries and cloud kitchens end service with perfectly good food that has nowhere to go. It's fresh, it's safe, and it's binned — because the systems to move it don't exist. Meanwhile, a great meal is a luxury for many.
Bhaksh closes that gap. Kitchens list their surplus at the end of the day; people nearby rescue it at up to 60% off. The restaurant recovers cost, the customer finds a deal, and a meal gets a second chance instead of a bin.
